Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@crownandcollar.co.uk to request a return authorisation. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  4. Ship Back: Use the provided return shipping label to send the item back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. This may take 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Crown&Collar has made an error with your order or the item is defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@crownandcollar.co.uk. We will arrange for a return and replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
